Leisure Services – Inspiring Members to Live Active Lives

Are you a skilled swimmer and sports enthusiast? Your new career may be just a splash away! If you're considering lifeguarding, our comprehensive training programs can open doors to management roles, NVQ apprenticeships and skill development opportunities.

Our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring member safety and well-being. We're looking for individuals to supervise pool and poolside activities who are available on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends.

NPLQ holders receive priority for shortlisting. Non-NPLQ candidates may still be considered. Wiltshire Council may fund your NPLQ course, which you must complete within 3 months of starting, subject to swim test and course availability.

If you enjoy working with people, you'll thrive in the dynamic and enjoyable leisure service industry. Whether you're pursuing a leisure career or saving for a gap year, we can support your chosen path.

Join our team today and showcase your strong swimming abilities, excellent customer service, and enthusiasm!
