We are a friendly and dynamic retail team offering a wide range of fashion pieces and seasonal household items. With the busy Christmas season approaching, we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Retail Assistants to join us and deliver excellent customer service during this exciting period.
The Role
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer shopping experience. You will support the team in creating a welcoming store environment, assisting shoppers, and ensuring shelves and displays are stocked and presented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and helpful service to customers on the shop floor and at the till
Assist customers with fashion and seasonal product enquiries and purchases
Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
Keep stock replenished, tidy, and well-presented at all times
Support with deliveries, stockroom organisation, and merchandising
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Work effectively as part of a small, supportive team
About You
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong customer focus.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Previous retail or customer service experience an advantage, but not essential
Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with customers
Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment
Flexible and happy to get involved in all aspects of store work
Hours & Benefits
Part-time role: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Seasonal position: September–December (with potential for future opportunities)
