Salary: £103.95 - £110 per day
Working Pattern: Term Time + 1 week
About the Role:
- Work closely with Class Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to deliver engaging lessons and support learning
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for learners with SEN
- Occasionally deliver lessons to a small class, maintaining a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
- Support pupils' emotional well-being, social skills, and engagement with learning
- Contribute to the school's inclusive ethos and supportive culture
What We're Looking For:
- GCSEs in Maths and English (level 9-4 / level 2)
- Level 2 TA qualification, NQF/QCF/RQF, or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or additional needs
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour and learning support
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
To Be Eligible You Must:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
- Provide two professional child-related references
- Be confident communicating with pupils, families, and colleagues in accurate spoken English
