Summary

Long-Term SEN Teaching Assistant - Full or Part-Time
West London | £95-£105 per day | Ongoing Placement

A well-established West London provision is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role supporting pupils with autism and moderate learning needs. This is an opportunity to become a consistent presence in a nurturing, purpose-built environment where therapeutic support and tailored education go hand in hand.

Staff here work collaboratively to create a calm, structured space where every pupil is supported to thrive - and where your expertise will be valued from day one.

What we're looking for:
• Proven experience supporting children with ASC and/or moderate learning difficulties
• Confident use of visual timetables, sensory tools, and communication aids
• A warm, consistent approach and strong teamwork

Bonus skills:
• Team Teach or similar behaviour support training
• Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or AAC
• Understanding of safeguarding in specialist settings

Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Commitment to inclusive practice and pupil wellbeing
