Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Teaching Assistant to work with SEN pupils, providing 1:1 support. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
Excellent skills in terms of EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 practice
Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
Excellent skills in terms of classroom practice
High expectations of children’s learning and behaviour
Commitment, flexibility and enthusiasm
An effective team member
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
