Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an experienced support professional to join our Year 3 team, to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis within the classroom.
The right candidates should have:
a good level of literacy and numeracy skills
a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities to support children’s learning
an ability to work both independently and effectively within a team
a drive to enable all children to learn and flourish
experience of working with children with additional needs essential
a commitment to support the school’s ethos, Christian values and high expectations for all
