Our Shift Pattern:

  • Set shifts: 7:30-16:30 or 13:00-22:00

  • Alternate weekends off - predictable schedule that works around life

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting young people in a secure care environment

  • Being a steady, trusted adult through difficult times

  • Taking part in activities and helping develop life skills

  • Working closely with a passionate, supportive team

Who We're Looking For:

  • Over 21 years old (legal requirement)

  • Caring, resilient, and ready to make a difference

  • Physically fit and able to take part in daily activities

  • Experience in care, youth work, or safeguarding? Great - but not essential!
