We’re looking for reliable Night Shift Lead to join our team and help us keep things moving while the world sleeps!
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours: 5:00 pm to 2:00 am
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, with weekend work as required

- Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring smooth operations, clear direction, and strong performance.
- Maintain the highest standards of product quality, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with all regulations.
- Plan and organise production effectively, resolving challenges quickly and driving cost-efficient operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements, boosting efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support team development through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
