Summary
Our long-standing client, a leading power management company who specialise in energy-efficient products and services helping their customers effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power more reliably, efficiently, safely and sustainability require Hose assemblers to join their team, located in Redditch, with immediate starts available!
Pay Rates and Working pattern:
· £13.97 per hour - Rising to £15.52 after the completion of a successful probation period.
· Working Monday to Thursday - 07.00 - 15.45 pm / Fridays 07.00 - 12.00 pm
· 38 hours per week
Overview of position
Preparation and Assembly of predominantly Clamps, Brackets, and Hoses for the Aerospace industry and complying within an AS9100 and NADCAP approved manufacturing facility. This could also include fabrication or finishing operations associated with these jobs.
Duties will include:
· Preparation and operation of equipment such as but not limited to: Spot Welder, pneumatic riveter, bench formers, hand press and pneumatic press, part marking, cutting saw, skive and wire brush, polyester strip, various crimping machines, bench assembly, pressure testing, flushing, drying, moulding, wiring on.
· This role will also require the use of measurement equipment such as but not limited borescopes, Vernier, micrometre, tensile tester. 4.
