Operating both in the UK and across the world, they are a leading contractor delivering projects across multiple sectors including; real estate, defence, education, highways, rail and water.
Your new role
Section Engineer required to work on early works for a major infrastructure project providing access from the existing A421 into a significant new development. You will be working alongside the Project Foreman as well as sub contractors on the scheme. The role will initially be on night shifts before moving into a day shift role
Main duties:
- Oversee and deliver a package of early works
- Vegetation clearance
- Ground investigation
- Topographical and utilities surveys
- Drainage and CCTV surveys
- Manage small scopes of work involving multiple contractors
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Section Engineer on highways projects
- CAT Scan experience
- CSCS
