Summary
Private Client Solicitor – Newcastle – 5+ PQE
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload and work alongside a supportive and highly skilled team.
The Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate
administration, powers of attorney, and trusts.
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients, ensuring excellent service at all times.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Collaborate with colleagues while taking responsibility for your own files.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in
private client work.
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of
attorney.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Client-focused with high professional standards and attention to detail.
