Job Vacancy: Warehouse Operative (Days) FLT Counterbalance Licence - Advantageous

We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Cheadle. This is a daytime role on a rotating shift pattern, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A FLT Counterbalance licence is a bonus-but not essential.

Hours of Work: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern 07:00 - 19:00 (12-hour day shifts)

Location: Cheadle

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing and preparing goods for despatch

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Operating warehouse equipment (FLT Counterbalance licence is a plus)

✅ Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• FLT Counterbalance licence advantageous but not essential

• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Must be able to provide a checkable 5-year work history

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
