Summary
Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Liverpool (L20)
Pay: £12.30 – £12.60 per hour
Shifts: Days and Nights | Immediate Start
We are looking for compassionate, CPI-trained Support Workers to join our team in Liverpool. You will be supporting adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge in a supported living environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred care and daily living support
• Apply CPI de-escalation strategies effectively
• Administer medication and maintain accurate records
• Work independently, including lone working shifts
• Promote dignity, safety, and independence
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 months’ UK experience supporting adults with mental health needs and challenging behaviour
• Current CPI certification
• Experience with medication administration
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
• Supportive team with opportunities for permanent employment
