Summary
Fire walks throughout the night, making sure corridors and exits are clear, front doors locked
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
Move linen to the linen stores on different floors
Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed
Clean and sanitize surfaces, such as door handles and handrails
Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
To watch for unusual, illegal, or dangerous activities occurring on the premises
To watch CCTV screen at the reception desk with occasional tours around the building
To report every entrance on an hourly basis
To ensure the back and front doors are locked
To surveil car park entrance and to ensure nobody come into the building illegally
through the parking area
To do smoke test
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic phone etiquette skills for effective communication with guests and colleagues
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
