So…. What is this role exactly?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Systems Accountant to join the Finance team at Your Housing Group.
It is a great time to join the team as we look to implement a new Chart of Accounts amongst a wider improvement plan.
We are looking for an experienced Systems Accountant with a strong understanding of Financial reporting alongside project management skills.
What will my working week look like?
You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses when needed. Realistically, you will be required to visit our Head Office approximately 1-2 times a week.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will be essential in delivering key projects, representing the Finance team on wider company goals and being the lead on our finance system for reporting, support and maintenance
One of the great things about this role is the chance to get involved in all areas of the Finance team and make a real difference to the way we operate.
You will also be responsible for line managing a small team and dealing with internal and external stakeholders so relationship building is important.
