Summary
Use Project Management skills to support planning, organising and delivering Projects Support development of programme and project documentation e.g. Scope definition, plan, risk registers, action logs and reports, using agreed standards and tooling Proactively chase progress against project plans and actions Support effective risk and issue management within specific programmes and projects Produce Project updates and reports on specific programmes and projects, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders Be responsible for the Organisation and development of monthly transformation reports including reminders, preparation and review Organise and develop the Quest PMO module and associated transformation activities, such as monthly reporting. Ensuring accuracy of all programme and project data, smooth running of governance processes, progress and proposals review and activity status Maintain and develop Project management policies, procedures and best practice templates Facilitate Transformation, programme and project meetings including producing agendas and presentations, managing distributions, attendance, coordinating appointments and documenting summary outputs, actions and decision. Raising any concerns and risks to appropriate parties Work with the Communications team to draft Project updates for internal and external comms Support business development and tenders, as requested by the Commercial team Use analytical skills and judgement to assess opportunities and potential solutions, and make recommendations Undertake any other duties in line with the role, as directed by the Programme team All roles within East Coast Community Healthcare CIC (ECCH) require staff to demonstrate our Values and Signature Behaviours in the care and service they provide to patients, service users, stakeholders and colleagues.
