This post is full-time (35 hours per week), and open ended (permanent).

We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Support Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. The post holder will provide a range of administrative and support in the delivery of both undergraduate programmes in the School of Biodiversity, One Health and Veterinary Medicine, Undergraduate School Office.

The successful candidate will have initiative and judgement to plan or schedule workdays and weeks ahead, and to respond to changing requirements and resolve problems independently.

In addition, the post holder will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when required. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
