Reach Recruitment are looking for reliable, detail-focused Production Operatives and Packing Operatives to join a welcoming and supportive team at a well-established food production company based in Driffield (YO25). This is a fantastic opportunity for consistent, long-term work in a clean, modern environment, with the potential for permanent roles.
Job Details:
Location: Driffield (YO25)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.50 after 12 weeks
Shifts:
· Monday to Wednesday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
· Thursday: 6:00am – 3:30pm
Type: Full-time, ongoing with potential for permanent work
Start Date: Immediate starts available
Please Note:
· Own transport is essential due to the site location. (unless live locally)
· Due to the nature of the product, this role is not suitable for individuals with nut allergies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Decorating and finishing food products with care and attention
· Monitoring the cooking process on the production line
· Weighing, sealing, wrapping, and packaging food products
· Quality checking finished products to ensure high standards are met
· Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment
· Following food safety and health & safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
· Own transport (essential)
· A good eye for detail
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Reliable and punctual
· Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
· Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential – full training provided
