Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook nutritious meals tailored to the residents' individual dietary needs, preferences, and medical conditions.
Ensure food is cooked to high standards and presented attractively.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment, following strict food safety regulations.
Work closely with care staff to ensure a positive dining experience.
Cater to specialized diets including diabetic, low-sodium, gluten-free, and allergen-free meals.
Plan menus in collaboration with the care home manager and in accordance with residents' nutritional needs.
