Summary

We are looking for a pragmatic and motivated Attendance Lead and Deputy DSL with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team. Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.

As the Attendance Lead and Deputy DSL, you will be responsible for promoting excellent attendance, safeguarding, child protection and online safety in our school. You’ll create a strong culture of safeguarding, promoting a positive school environment for all our children. Your role will encompass building relationships with students, parents, and staff to address attendance issues, provide support, and ensure the overall well-being of our school community.

If you are engaging with excellent communication skills and have a passion for community education, this Attendance Lead and Deputy DSL could be the role for you. You will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together.
