This is an exciting time to join the college as we invest in growing and raising the profile of our Apprenticeship offer. You will find yourself joining a supportive team environment that is committed to giving our apprentices and learners the best experience possible to enable them to work competently and confidently out in industry.

Health apprenticeships are an area the college has a desire to grow, supporting a progression pathway onto Higher and Degree Apprenticeships. We are seeking candidates with experience in Dental Nursing, with a desire and ability to encourage, motivate and inspire people. Whilst previous experience in a Trainer role or similar is desirable, it is not essential as we have an excellent training and development programme to help you make the transition into education, so that you can help shape the next generation.

Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.

At Suffolk New College, we promote the culture of BeSNC. Implementing BeSNC is not just a choice; it's a commitment to providing the best possible environment for our learners to thrive. It's a commitment to nurturing an inclusive and supportive community where each student, staff and community member can reach their full potential.
