Summary
A well-regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious and driven Contentious Probate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their specialist team, working alongside their highly respected Head of Department.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, develop your expertise, and play a key role in the continued growth of a Legal 500-recognised team.
The Role:
- Manage a caseload of contentious probate and trusts matters, both
independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
- Work closely with the Head of Department on complex cases.
- Actively contribute to business development and marketing to enhance both your
personal profile and the department’s reputation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ PQE in contentious probate work with strong technical
knowledge.
- A clean, valid practising certificate.
- Excellent client care skills, with a sensitive and professional approach.
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proactive, with proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
