Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a secondary school on a permanent basis starting January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire a love of mathematics and help students of all abilities achieve their best.
Duties as Maths Teacher:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
Assess, track and report on student progress in line with school policies.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independent thinking.
Contribute to departmental planning and share best practice with colleagues.
Support the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and initiatives.
Ideal Maths Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics.
Excellent classroom management, communication and organisational skills as Maths Teacher.
Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.
