Provide expert advice on capital equipping, working with EBME, clinical, and project leads. Support development and delivery of equipping strategies for Oriel and other major projects. Develop and maintain policies for capital equipping and supplier engagement. Oversee reporting to committees and boards, ensuring clear analysis and assurance. Manage equipping budgets with finance, providing accurate spend and progress reports. Identify opportunities for savings, sustainability, and improved outcomes. Coordinate procurement activity with partners, ensuring compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and SFIs. Provide assurance on specifications, frameworks, evaluations, and commissioning. Lead logistics planning for delivery and installation of equipment. Build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships. Monitor equipping pipelines and market trends to support future planning. Contribute to committees and working groups, supporting business cases and decision-making. Support project administration, ensuring timely follow-up and coordinated communication. Champion effective project management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
