Summary
Responsible for the production of a series of performance reports for various Boards, committees and groups across the organisation. This will require the provision of complex data using several techniques but primarily focusing on the use of statistical process control. Support data owners and directorates in the interpretation of trends and variation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through statistical process control (SPC) charts, and assist with the collation of appropriate and consistent narrative that complement these charts. Undertake additional analysis to provide detailed interpretation of performance levels, and make recommendations relating to performance levels, trends and variation
