Summary
Introduction
I am a 39-year-old lady, with a complex heart condition and autism.
I use a mobility scooter or a wheelchair to get around when needed.
I live on my own with a cat.
I love building Lego sets and doing crafts.
Will need help with doing chores around the home, and support going to appointments.
I also need help going out into the community else I would not get out and about.
Duties
I require support to manage my mental health; anxiety.
Support to access activities and services in the community.
Finance and correspondent support.
Assistance at medical and social appointments.
Help to maintain a clean environment.
Aid to purchase groceries.
Support to maintain relationships with friends and family.
Hours - Saturday- 4 hours, every other week
Rate - £15.90 per hour
Essential Requirements
Will need Drivers Licence and own car
