Location: London - With flexibility to travel across the region

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

Starting date: September 2026

What you will be responsible for?

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the London team in the delivery of our construction and refurbishment projects. The role will support with the operational delivery of our projects.

To deliver upon success, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from inception, through pre-construction and on-site construction to completion and the aftercare process.

As Graduate Project Manager, you will cover all aspects of the management of construction projects. To support with this your training plan will include dedicated time working with the key functions of our team including - Business Development, Pre-Construction, Estimating, Planning, Design Management, Operations, Health, and Safety and Commercial

This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in construction project management.t



What will your day-to-day duties include?

-Planning and monitoring Health, Safety and Wellbeing across the project

-Planning and monitoring of Quality Control

-Supporting with the development of the programme through to tracking and managing change

What are we looking for?

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
