Summary
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT PRODUCTION PAINT ASSISTANT– ROTHERWAS, HEREFORD

Currently we are looking for a Production Paint Assistant to join us at our Production Facility in Rotherwas.
Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the surface preparation (prior to paint applications) of all H.R Smith group products, and ideally possess
•Sound work ethic.
•A high degree of manual dexterity.
•Ability to read technical drawings would be advantageous.
•An understanding of how a busy Paintshop operates is preferred.
•A Paintshop background is preferred but not essential.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
•Adherence to strict production paperwork standards.
Although relevant experience would be advantageous, it is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

•Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 7.45am to 4.15pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.

•Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
