- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives to exceed targets
- Manage KPIs and deliver regular performance reviews and 1-to-1 coaching
- Plan and implement local sales campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and business customers
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Responsibilities of the Parts Sales Manager:
- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
