About the Role
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative (Gardens) to join Edge Hill University’s Grounds Team.
You will have direct responsibility for ensuring that the campus grounds, gardens, landscaping, and external sports facilities are maintained to the highest possible standard. Your duties will include:
Horticulture
Driving duties
Litter picking
Cleaning
Event/function preparation and presentation

About You
As Grounds Maintenance Operative (Sports), you will:
Have experience in grounds/sports maintenance (Level 2 or equivalent)
Experience in customer service excellence and dealing with a diverse customer base
Be able to work unsupervised and be proactive and take own initiative
Be familiar with grounds maintenance machinery and equipment
Good knowledge an awareness of Health and Safety
