Customer Service Representative – US Consumer Lending Launch
Office-Based (UK) | Mon–Fri, 3:00PM–11:00PM | Full-Time
We’re launching a new US consumer lending brand and need an experienced Customer Service Rep to join our UK office. You’ll support US customers by phone and email, helping build our service from the ground up. This is a unique chance to shape something new with full training and real autonomy.
You must have:
At least 1 year of recent experience in customer service, call centre, or financial services.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Confidence working independently.
Availability to work Mon–Fri, 3PM–11PM from our UK office.
