Join our Digital, Data and Technology directorate as a Senior Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving continual improvement across our organisation. Working as part of a team of expert analysts, you will be responsible for investigating and analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives. You’ll challenge established practices, ensure that solutions are commercially viable, and help maximise the value we deliver to our people, trustees, and stakeholders.

Your work will directly support operational services and project teams, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and resources are used efficiently. Reporting into Change & Portfolio, you’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver impactful changes, using the most appropriate tools and techniques. The main things you will be doing are:

  • Lead and coach teams in business process analysis, promoting best practices and innovative approaches across multiple projects.
  • Conduct complex investigations and detailed analysis of business functions, challenging current processes and recommending improvements.
  • Analyse and optimise existing services and processes, implementing changes that add value and support organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, manage priorities, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing complex digital solutions.
