Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pensions administration team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of pension administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Oversee pension calculations, payments, and member communications to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and procedures relating to pension administration.
Provide expert guidance and support to team members in resolving complex pension issues and inquiries.
Prepare and present reports on team performance, potential risks, and service improvements to senior management.
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery and address any operational challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pensions administration or a similar financial services role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Strong understanding of pension legislation, compliance issues, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems used for pensions administration.
