Are you an experienced and passionate professional ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated team, supporting young people in a safe, nurturing, and structured 4-bed residential home.
What you’ll do:
✅ Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
✅ Lead, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding care
✅ Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards
✅ Help develop care plans, manage risk, and promote positive outcomes for young people
✅ Be a positive role model and help build a supportive team culture
What we’re looking for:
Experience working in a children’s residential setting (essential)
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – Level 5 desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for helping young people achieve their full potential
Full UK driving licence (essential)
What we offer:
Competitive salary: £31,491.20 base + £50 per sleep-in + bonuses (can rise to £37,000 with sleep ins)
