Production Team Leader
The Job People are recruiting for a Production Team Leader on behalf of our client in Erdington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
Working Hours & Salary of a Production Team Leader- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Salary: £18.51 - £21.29

Erdington, Birmingham
- Oversee daily production operations and lead a team of operatives
- Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and cleanliness across the production area
- Support and motivate team members to meet performance targets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work flow
- Assist with manual handling tasks as needed (up to 25kg)
- Proven experience in a high-volume distribution environment
- Microsoft proficient
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience working within a production environment
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
