The Role
As a Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for:
Carrying out panel repair, replacement, and straightening work
Dismantling and fitting of vehicle components
Filler and sanding preparation to high standards
Welding, realignment, and refinishing tasks
Working independently on allocated jobs with minimal supervision
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years’ panel beating experience in a bodyshop / accident repair centre
Skilled in dismantling, fitting, welding (desirable), panel repair, and finishing techniques
Strong attention to detail with pride in high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and time management skills
