Summary

This role comes with a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade – a thank-you for joining our permanent team. This bonus is paid upon successful completion of your probation and is subject to eligibility.

We’re expanding our dedicated team and are looking for Night Care Assistants to join us at Cleeve Court, Twerton, Bath ,a Community Resource Centre working towards becoming a dementia home of excellence.

These roles follow a rota pattern, including some weekends and bank holidays (with enhancements paid).

Available Positions:

22 hours per week – 2 positions available

As a Night Care Assistant, You Will:

Support residents with personal care such as washing, hygiene, and dressing

Champion independence, dignity, and choice through person-centred care

Keep accurate and timely records of care provided

Help residents access NHS and third-party services

Be a reliable team player and confident working independently

Encourage positive lifestyle choices and empower residents to thrive

About You

While previous care experience is a plus, it’s your commitment to delivering quality, person-centred care that matters most. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to grow your career in a friendly, hands-on environment.
