Are you a dynamic and inspirational curriculum leader with a proven track record of driving exceptional outcomes in Maths? Do you thrive on challenge, collaboration, and innovation? Wingfield Academy is seeking a hardworking Associate Senior Leader of Mathematics to lead transformational improvement across the faculty to ensure that our young people make exceptional progress.

In this high-impact role, you will be accountable for subject outcomes, working as part of the extended senior leadership team to improve curriculum design and implementation in Maths. A key focus of the role will be designing a curriculum based upon a strong foundation of assessment and robust intervention that meet the needs of all learners-ensuring equity, ambition, and exceptional progress for every student.
