Summary

HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers - West Auckland (Bishop Auckland)

The Best Connection are seeking to recruit experienced HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers to work with our client based in West Auckland (Bishop Auckland). Our client provides road haulage services around the UK, specialising in palletised-load distribution across the North East.

The Role:

• Multi-drop deliveries across the North East region
• Palletised-load distribution with very little hand balling
• Part of a wider UK-wide road haulage operation

The Candidate:

We are looking for a reliable and qualified HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Driver who meets the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
• Must hold:
  • Valid Cat C+E licence
  • CPC qualification
  • Digital tachograph card

Pay Rates:

• £15.25 per hour - standard rate
• £16.25 per hour - night rate (between 18:00 and 06:00)
• £17.25 per hour - Saturday
• £18.25 per hour - Sunday

Important:

• Induction must be completed prior to any shifts starting
