Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester looking to take the next step in your career?
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional with experience in servicing and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles to join a busy team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing MOTs along with a full range of services, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of quality and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MOT tests in compliance with current regulations.
- Perform comprehensive servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and provide clear communication to customers.
- Assist in ensuring the garage is clean, organised, and operating effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex vehicle issues.
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant qualifications in vehicle mechanics or engineering.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
