Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Line Manager to lead the Integrated Community Mental Health Pathway (ICMP)in Bromley.

This Band 8a role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused care for individuals with complex mental health needs.

The post holder will coordinate multidisciplinary services, drive service transformation, and ensure seamless integration with partner agencies.
• Lead the ICMP service line, ensuring effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and national standards.
• Manage performance, quality, and financial oversight of the service.
• Support workforce development through recruitment, supervision, and training.
• Lead on risk management, safeguarding, and governance processes.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service transformation initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data analysis for service monitoring

Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies. Our multidisciplinary teams look after people of all ages and we work in close partnership with other parts of the NHS, local councils and the voluntary sector and through our new provider collaboratives. The post holder will:
• Provide non-clinical leadership and be accountable for the operational delivery and strategic development of the ICMP service.
• Analyse complex service data and implement action plans to improve performance and outcomes.
• Manage delegated budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Lead recruitment, staff deployment, and shift planning across multiple sites.
• Apply HR policies and oversee staff development, appraisals, and supervision.
• Ensure clinical standards are upheld across the pathway, supporting evidence-based care.
• Facilitate training, mentoring, and student placements.
• Engage in service-level research and audits to inform continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including service users, carers, and partner organisations.
