Assistant Technician - Performing Arts Faculty

£20399 - 35 hours per week - Term Time Only
The Governors are seeking to appoint an Assistant Technician to work within the Performing Arts Faculty. The role will involve providing support for the teaching staff and pupils, including preparation and routine maintenance of resource/equipment and ensuring that the department is a safe working environment for all. There is the possibility of working additional hours to suit the needs of the service for a suitable candidate.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of sound and lighting systems and an ability to support music, drama and stage productions including stock, costume and inventory control. A sound knowledge of ICT skills and relevant experience would be an advantage.
This post requires a criminal record check through the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
