Summary

Job description:

We are actively looking for a qualified Lifeguard to work with our client, a busy holiday park based in Bude.

Temporary position, for the month of October working full time hours.

Staff accommodation available if required.

The Role/responsibilities:

• Ensuring the safety of all guests, Supervising all swimming pool users
• Provide excellent customer care.
• Maintain high lifeguarding standards
• Performing routine pool testing and monitoring chemical levels
• Keeping the pool area and surrounding facilities clean and presentable
• Carrying out cleaning tasks between sessions and at the end of each day
• Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered and in line with the normal operating procedure (NOP)
• Shift times 8.15am- 6.15pm

Requirements:

• A relevant and up to date National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NLPQ) with appropriate first aid and resuscitation qualifications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for wellbeing, sustainability, and the environment.
• Guest focused approach – professionally informal style that leaves guests feeling hosted and held.
• Desire to deliver a unique and genuine experience.

Pay:

• £13ph
• Mileage paid at .40p per mile for a driver only.
• 5- 6 days per week.

We pay weekly, every Friday, plus you will accrue holiday pay.
