Summary

The post holder will be expected to work as part of the central admissions team and
will build relationships with key staff providing an efficient, reliable service for patients
in all specialities to ensure that these separate elements unite and are working as one
team with a common goal. It is important that the waiting list coordinators function as a
team, supporting each other with workloads. The post holder must be flexible in their
approach and be able to work within the department’s shift pattern and within all
specialties covered by admissions, providing cover as required.
The post holder will ensure that at all times the principles of World Class Care are
upheld and that he/she is an ambassador for the Trust by consistently welcoming,
remain actively respectful, clearly communicating and being visibly reassuring with
patients and colleagues alike.

We are looking for Waiting List Coordinators to support the central admissions service at the Enfield Civic Centre.
