Summary
Principal Highways Development Coordinator needed in Gloucester Paying £51,356per annum ref 5276961
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on highway development control matters, including planning application reviews and transport assessments.
- Provide expert advice on highway design, safety, and policy compliance.
- Liaise with developers, planners, and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of infrastructure.
- Manage Section 38 and 278 agreements and ensure timely implementation.
- Support strategic transport planning and contribute to local development frameworks.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with statutory and technical standards.
