Summary

To initiate, build and maintain a productive working relationship with clinical and non-clinical members of staff. To initiate, develop and maintain the necessary processes to ensure information is made available to all clinical coders in the team. To keep fully up-to-date with national developments such as Payment by Results in order to understand the impact of changes at the local level. To ensure that all outstanding clinical coding errors and documentation inconsistencies are dealt with within agreed deadlines, to support the timeliness of accurate clinical coding information
