Our Well Spa has an exciting opportunity for a Manager on Duty to join their team. The MOD will be working closely with the Spa Management team. The MOD will be required to oversee the floor operations within the spa daily, ensuring the smooth running of the guest journey. This includes being responsible for ensuring the spa standards are maintained at all times and for ensuring that all staff members are carrying out their job role efficiently whilst offering a five-star standard. This role may also require the MOD to step up as Shift Manager in the absence of the Spa Manager, meaning that you will be the point of contact for employees and guests during this time. The candidate will be qualified as a Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapist and have the knowledge of ESPA/DIBI MILANO products and understanding of Trybe/Zonal systems. This role will include working on weekends. The candidate will need their own transport due to early starting times where our free transport is not available.
