As a Senior Enablement Support Worker with us, you won't just be providing care; you'll be a beacon of support and guidance, helping our care staff shine their brightest.
Covering Surrounding areas around the North East division - Clay cross, Shirland, Tupton, Wingerworth, Dronfield, Eckington and Killamarsh.
Your role will involve:
Leading and mentoring our fantastic enablement support workers.
Promoting best practices.
Delivering high-quality care and support to clients with diverse needs.
