Summary

Our excellent client in Tewkesbury is looking for a friendly, well organised individual to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will become part of the core business support team, not only providing support to your own office, but also support the other offices in the group.

Whilst previous office experience is required, you will be provided with full training on company systems and processes. You will also be offered a number of benefits including the option to work x2 day per week from home (not including Fridays) each week, free parking, team socials and more.

Duties
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document production, proofreading, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Answer phones and relay messages in coordination with the administration team.
- Set up and maintain project records in internal systems, including job details, instructions, and tracking information.
- Support the preparation and distribution of client contract documents.
- Assist with checking credit card statements and liaise with the finance team.
- Work with other administrators to update internal tracking systems.
- Organise travel and accommodation bookings as needed.
- Order and maintain stationery, office supplies, and PPE.
- Assist with preparing and circulating invoicing tables, running reports, and supporting the invoicing process.
- Maintain utilities records, including submitting monthly meter readings.
- Handle any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Key Attributes
- Previous office/Administration experience
- Comfortable with MS Office systems (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Good Attention to detail skills

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:30pm – you may work x2 days per week from home following successful completion of your probation (not including Fridays).

Salary: £24,500 - £27,000 depending on experience + benefits including;
