Location: Nottingham - With flexibility to travel/relocate across the region
Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum, with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2026

What you will be responsible for?
As a Graduate Estimator, you'll be working within the Construction team and will play a pivotal role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects including materials, transport, labour, and equipment. This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in construction management
What will your day-to-day duties include?
-Assisting in the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
-Analysing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
-Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather essential information for estimates.
-Supporting the development of project budgets and cost control measures.
-Assisting in preparing bid proposals and tender documents.
-Conducting site visits to understand project scope and gather relevant data.

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.

-Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
-Hold a full UK driving licence
